From February 1991 to 1998, he was the head of the department and faculty of the Kharkiv Higher Military Aviation School of Radio Electronics, Kharkiv Military University and Kharkiv Pilot Institute. He headed the Kyiv Institute of the Air Force, formed the Kharkiv Institute of the Air Force, on the basis of which he created and headed the Ivan Kozhedub Kharkiv National Air Force University.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0Since 2006, when he retired from the army, he has been teaching at the National Defence University of Ukraine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0He is the author of about 150 scientific and educational works.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Honoured Worker of Education of Ukraine.
