    Project aims<\/strong>: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Enhance the capacity of partner universities in Ukraine by increasing the expertise and strengthening key professional competencies of medical teachers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Develop innovative hybrid training courses for medical educators, integrating digital and pedagogical competencies. These courses will incorporate advanced methodologies such as AI, microlearning and online simulation pedagogy. The content will be tailored based on needs analysis and will align with the framework of digital competences for the healthcare system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Foster teachers\u2019 educational resilience and raise awareness of student and teacher well-being and ethical aspects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Develop and modify online courses for students, pilot the developed\/modified courses, and adapt them to the curriculum of the partner country universities (PCUs).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Implement the modified and new courses at both undergraduate and postgraduate (CPD) levels.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
