The vivid example is the II International scientific and practical conference &#8220;Development of internal quality assurance systems in higher education institutions of Ukraine: tools and challenges&#8221; on November 17-18, 2022, arranged by Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University with the participation of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, NAQA, the National Erasmus+ office in Ukraine etc.<\/p>\n<p>NAQA Head Andrii Butenko spoke at the conference with a welcome speech. Olena Yeremenko, NAQA Vice Head, made a speech on &#8220;Higher Education Standards: tools of the internal quality assurance system or limitations of university autonomy&#8221;. The speaker analyzed the meaning of the existence of higher education standards, the structure and system of requirements, examined illustrative cases.
