TKTA is a professional and specialized body for independent assessment of the quality of higher, secondary, and additional education based on global standards in Azerbaijan and abroad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The signing of this memorandum opens up new prospects for strengthening cooperation between Ukraine and Azerbaijan.
