The National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance was represented by Oleksandr Khymenko, Head of the Secretariat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the first session, &#8220;Professional Qualifications in Higher Education. Does Higher Education Prepare Specialists for the Economy?&#8221;, the speaker emphasised the importance of adhering to professional standards when a higher education institution awards professional qualifications under a study programme. He emphasised the importance of practice-oriented learning, as the modern labour market requires graduates to possess not only theoretical knowledge but also competencies that meet the real demands of employers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Participants in the discussion addressed issues of flexibility, practical orientation and the effective integration of modern education in Ukraine.
