On 25 June, NAQA in collaboration with the Ukrainian Students League and the Ukrainian IT company “Genesis”, held a training Training \u201cStudents as Ambassadors of Quality\u201d in Kyiv at the Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In her opening remarks, Nataliia Stukalo, NAQA Vice Head, emphasised the importance of students\u2019 active participation in educational processes and the effective mechanisms in place to facilitate this. During a lively Q&A session, participants had the opportunity to receive comprehensive answers to questions regarding the role of youth organisations and the practical aspects of student-centred learning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Representatives from the IT company “Genesis”, as one of the key employers, outlined the modern business perspective on the skills students should possess. The company emphasised that a willingness to invest time and expertise in students is a strategic step towards building high-quality human capital in the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The session was led by Oxana Trebenko, Head of the Analytics and Training Support Department. During the facilitated group work, participants learnt to analyse the quality of educational programmes and the learning process in depth, identify areas for improvement, and transform these observations into concrete proposals.
