T<a href=\"https:\/\/en.naqa.gov.ua\/?page_id=472\">he Regulation on accreditation of study programs<\/a>&nbsp;was developed by the NAQA and approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in August 2019.<\/p>\n<p>Now we are in the process of the development of the Regulation on Institutional Accreditation.<\/p>\n<p>According to the Article 25 of the Ukrainian Law \u201cOn Higher Education\u201d institutional accreditation gives the right to the higher educational institution (HEI) to make self- accreditation of study programs. However international practice is evidence that institutional accreditation is considered as a kind of license for HEI to operate and normally based on an evaluation if the HEI meets specified minimum standards.<\/p>\n<p>So, we would be grateful if you could share your expertise in the regard of the institutional accreditation and help us to find responses to the following questions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>How do you understand institutional accreditation in your country?<\/li>\n<li>Do you know any countries examples where institutional accreditation gives the right to the HEI to make self-accreditation of study program?
