On May 10, 2019, Vice Head of the National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance Nataliia Stukalo has visited Quality Agency for Higher Education (Latvia). According to the amendments of the Law on Higher Education Institutions, the Academic Information Centre (AIC) establishes the Quality Agency for Higher Education (QAHE). QAHE’s mission is to promote the quality of higher education thus increase the international competitiveness of the Latvian higher education. Academic Information Center is a non-profit institution established in 1994 by the Ministry of Education and Science and University of Latvia, Institute of Mathematics and Computer Science.
Nataliia Stukalo has met with the Deputy Head of the Agency Jolanta Silka, expert Asnate Kazoka, and the other colleagues to discuss the potential ways of collaboration and experience exchange in the higher education quality assurance.
