On October 2, 2020, the last webinar of the series of three webinars for experts’ trainers was held by the National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance in cooperation with the International Foundation for Educational Policy Research.
Speakers were Taras Finikov, President of the International Foundation for Educational Policy Research, Victor Alkema NAQA Member, Mick Mullay, Expert and Trainer on building partnership in Higher Education with Business Environment.
During the webinar, the speakers emphasized that the study program’s accreditation is not only a purely technical procedure for verifying regulations’ compliance.
“An expert should evaluate a study program not simply as a single set of educational components aimed at solving specific tasks within this program. Study program from the point of view of the expert – is an open socio-cultural and technical system of personal development, which carries out both its personal and professional development. And we, as coaches, have to explain this to our experts, ”said Viktor Alkema, NAQA member.
