The regular NAQA meeting in mixed format

On September 25, the regular NAQA meeting in mixed format was held. During the meeting, the issue of the presence facts of academic plagiarism in Pavlo Pavlyshyn’s dissertation “Increasing the reliability of the operation of power fittings” defended on April 27, 2021 at the meeting of the specialized academic council D 41.052.04 was submitted for consideration. NAQA members granted conditional (delayed) accreditation to study programmes in accordance with the Resolution of the CMU of March 16, 2022 No. 295 “On the peculiarities of accreditation of study programmes for higher education under martial law”.

During the meeting, a number of issues were also discussed, including the introduction of changes to the Schedule of applications for study programmes accreditation and self-evaluation reports from higher education institutions and scientific institutions in the 2022/23 academic year, the announcement of a competition for sectoral expert councils, approval of the draft order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine “Issues of placement of governmental (regional) order, combination of majors, specializations and granting of pedagogical professional qualifications by institutions of professional pre-higher, higher education” and prolongation of NAQA Strategy.
