On March 7, the webinar “A year of the information system “NAQA.SVR” functioning was held.
NAQA Vice Head Ivan Nazarov, made a congratulatory speech in which he outlined the prerequisites for the creation of the information system and emphasized that it is the embodiment of NAQA teamwork, the Ministry of Education and Science, and higher education institutions.
Anna Dolynna, head of the Post-graduate and Doctoral studies Department of Mykhailo Kotsiubynskyi Vinnytsia State Pedagogical University, spoke about the practical aspects of working with the “NAQA.SVR” information system. The speaker emphasized that the main advantage of the system is ensuring the transparency of the formation of one-time specialized scientific councils for the defense of the Doctor of Philosophy degree. During the speech of the head of the One-time Council support and Analytics department of NAQA, Leontii Shypilov, answered typical questions about working with the system and explained the causes and ways to eliminate some of the common errors among users. Among other things, the speaker noted that NAQA plans to update the system and welcomes any suggestions for optimizing interaction with it. The Vice Head of NAQA Secretariat Oleksandra Osiiuk supplemented the previous speech by demonstrating typical mistakes when working with the “NAQA.SVR” system. The speaker noted that each of the most common mistakes can be prevented if you carefully read the instructions in advance. Mykhailo Golubev, Deputy Director of the Department of Certification of Highly Qualified Personnel of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, outlined the functionality of the Ministry in interaction with the information system and commented on the mechanism for submitting complaints about the composition of the one-time specialized council. The event ended with answers to participants’ questions.
