On May 3, a meeting of the Global Academic Integrity Network (GAIN) members took place.
The participants welcomed the new members and discussed the Terms of Reference. The representative of the South African Council for Scientific and Industrial Research Privalin Naidoo spoke about the advantages and disadvantages of artificial intelligence implications in higher education using the example of Chat GPT, and analyzed its impact on academic integrity.
At the end of the meeting, the participants had a lively discussion and planned the program for the next meeting.
