The Ukrainian-Bavarian conference on the development of international double degree programs took place in Germany.
On May 4 and 5, NAQA members Nataliia Avsheniuk and Oleksandr Dlugopolskyi took part in the event at the invitation of the Bavarian Academic Center of Central, Eastern and Southeastern Europe.
Nataliia Avsheniuk presented NAQA, reported on the Agency’s activities and the peculiarities of ensuring the quality of higher education in Ukraine, in particular regarding the procedure of the accreditation of international double degree programs.
In her speech, the speaker drew the attention of the conference participants to the strategic mission of NAQA towards internationalization, which contributes to the establishment of European standards and principles of quality assurance of higher education and the development of an institutional culture of quality.
The report sparked a lively discussion among representatives of Ukrainian and Bavarian universities that implement and/or start joint and double degree programs, promoting international cooperation between tutors and students and strengthening the internationalization of specialist training in various educational fields.
