CEENQA General Assembly started today. NAQA was represented by the Vice Head Nataliia Stukalo, reporting on the topic “Digitalization of QA and its Impacts in the working environment” during the workshop, dedicated to the aspects of management and development of quality assurance agencies personnel and the role of digitalization in HR management. The speaker told about the algorithms of the information system operating in NAQA. The system contains comprehensive information about the study program and the accreditation process, as well as communication with higher education institutions. Thus, the entire accreditation process is transparent and clearly structured. In addition, the use of the system simplified administrative processes and reduced the time for processing documents during the accreditation of study programs
The exchange of best practices in the field of education quality is the key to ensuring the internal quality of the agencies’ activities.
