On June 12-16, NAQA delegation took part in workshops within the Erasmus+ project “Open Practices, Transparency and Integrity for Modern Academia” (OPTIMA).
Andrii Butenko, Nataliia Stukalo, Oleksandr Khymenko and Artem Artyukhov attended presentations that revealed the best practices of digital transformation and educational and research innovations in various universities. Among the universities that presented their achievements were Université Côte d’Azur, University of Toronto, Haaga Helia university and University of Australia.
The workshops focused on innovative educational tools and resources that help students and teachers work effectively in STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics) fields. The participants actively discussed the opportunities provided by new technologies in the process of education and research. In addition, the delegation received useful advice from the experience of foreign partners on conducting high-quality open research and data management in open science. Together with partners, they discussed ways to confront the challenges of open science and academic integrity, as well as the creation of an international open peer review platform for Ukraine. An important component of the workshops was their practical part, during which work with chatbots, the Webaudio module, smart music centers, electronic identification systems, the latest software, etc. was demonstrated.
Working meetings dedicated to determining the next steps in the implementation of the OPTIMA project were also held. NAQA will actively promote the dissemination of the best practices of foreign colleagues in Ukrainian institutions of higher education.
We strive to create an innovative, open, honest and internationally competitive educational space!
