On July 13, Andrii Butenko made a speech at a meeting of the Union of Rectors of Higher Education Institutions of Ukraine.
In his speech, he raised the issue of strict adherence to the standards of higher education, in particular in terms of the formation of language competences during the training of students. NAQA Head called on the colleagues to cooperate closely and discuss amendments to the current regulatory documents in order to improve the quality of higher education.
