Scientist in the field of plant pathology and plant quarantine, soil biome diversity, ecology, Doctor of Biological Sciences, Senior Researcher, Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine.
Member of the Scientific and Technical Council of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine on the formation and implementation of the state order for scientific and technical products, member of the expert group of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine on the evaluation of the effectiveness of scientific institutions (agrarian and agricultural sciences). Member of the expert panel on Nematology of the European and Mediterranean Plant Protection Organisation (EPPO).
She has participated in 8 international and 22 national research projects.
Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the scientific journal Agricultural Science and Practice (indexed in Web of Science).
She is the author of 223 scientific papers, including publications indexed in the Scopus and Web of Science databases. Co-breeder of 8 potato varieties.
She has been awarded scholarships from the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, as well as personal grants for research, internships, and teaching from the European Commission, NATO, The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development of Israel, the European Foundation for Plant Pathology, the Royal Society of the UK, and the German Phytomedical Society.
Winner of the first competition of scientific and technical projects “Intellectual Potential of Young Scientists for the City of Kyiv”.
Winner of the Award for Outstanding Achievements in Agricultural Science of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine.
