Once again, international humanitarian law has been violated by the terrorist state of russia, leaving our hearts breaking with every report of new casualties of this horrific crime.
Today, on April 17, 2024, #Chernihiv was under another vicious shelling by the occupants. Enemy attacked social infrastructure facilities and higher education institutions, in particular the central building of the Chernihiv Polytechnic National University with three Iskander cruise missiles.
This strike killed and injured innocent civilians who were in the university, the regional hospital and 16 nearby houses.
We express our sincere condolences to all those who lost loved ones and suffered as a result of this and each war crime done by the terrorist state.
