On July 2, the team of the EU project Support to Comprehensive Reform of Public Administration in Ukraine (EU4PAR) held a training for NAQA Secretariat employees “Main Novelties of the Law of Ukraine “On Administrative Procedure”.
Project trainers Iryna Boyko and Viktor Tymoshchuk focused the participants’ attention on the implementation of the Law of Ukraine “On Administrative Procedure” in the activities of administrative bodies, unification of processes and principles of authorities and other authorized subjects, initiation and resolution of administrative proceedings, appeal procedures and implementation of administrative acts. Potential conflicts and compliance with the new Law on special legislation in the field of higher education were also discussed.
