The first days of the new academic year in Ukraine were overshadowed by the cruel attacks of the russian aggressor on teachers and students, on Ukrainian HEIs in different regions of Ukraine including Kyiv, Kharkiv, Poltava, Sumy, Lviv, Kryvyi Rih.
The terrorist country consciously and cynically commits bloody war crimes, choosing Ukrainian civilians as the targets of its barbaric attacks. It bombing Ukrainian kindergartens and schools, universities and scientific institutions, hospitals. We are once again convinced that the terms of humanity and humanism do not exist for these non-humans. They are not ashamed to constantly show the world their bestiality.
