On September 20, in Odesa, NAQA Head Andrii Butenko, Vice Heads Ivan Nazarov and Nataliia Stukalo, and Head of NAQA Secretariat Oleksandr Khymenko held the fourth regional seminar in the series “Current State of the Higher Education Quality Assurance System in Ukraine: Challenges and Prospects”. The event was held at the Odesa State University of Internal Affairs with the participation of State Secretary of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Inna Yashchuk.
The seminar became a platform for discussing changes in accreditation processes that await higher education institutions with the updated Regulations on Accreditation of Study Programmes. Colleagues discussed topical issues of European integration of Ukrainian education, the introduction of post-accreditation monitoring, new approaches to appealing decisions of NAQA, as well as changes in financial and contractual relations between participants in the accreditation process.
