In November 2024 the offline stage of the international educational project “Innovative University and Leadership. Phase VII: Models and Strategies of Universities’ Development” took place at the University of Warsaw.
Currently, 35 Ukrainian educators from various fields, universities and institutions are involved in the project. NAQA representatives are among them. In particular, NAQA member, Head of the Ethics Committee Artem Artiukhov, Head of the PR and International Cooperation Department Maksym Folomieiev, Chairs and members of Sectoral Expert Councils, NAQA experts. The project participants discussed the key issues of ensuring the quality of education in the most successful models of Ukrainian universities.
The work continued in four groups in the following areas: “Mission and Strategy of the University. Academic Policy and Educational Offer”, “Management System and Organisational Structure. Financing”, “Impact on Society and Building Relations with the External Environment. University as a space for the development of students and staff”, “Place of the university in global scientific and technological trends: supporting trends, their development or formation. University’s inclusion in the global professional and scientific environment”.
Based on the results, a working group was formed to continue developing models of higher education institutions for the Ukraine of the future.
