On April 30, as part of the Ukrainian delegation, NAQA Vice Head Nataliia Stukalo, together with Vice Head of the Secretariat Oleksandra Osiiuk and International Cooperation specialist Anna Shylina, participated in the Bilateral Screening Meeting on the ACQUIS with the EU for Chapter 26: Education and Culture.
Nataliia Stukalo addressed questions from the European colleagues and emphasized that Ukraine’s higher education external QA mechanisms meet European requirements. NAQA Vice Head also drew attention to the fact that the Regulations on study programme accreditation take into account the European Approach for Quality Assurance of Joint Programmes, which is an important step toward Ukraine’s European integration.
Nataliia Stukalo also noted that NAQA has already initiated the external review process for ESG compliance. This will enable NAQA to achieve full ENQA membership and EQAR registration, which are among the agency’s key objectives.
