NAQA informs that UQAF-2025 (Ukrainian Quality Assurance Forum) – a large-scale annual event in higher education and its quality assurance, will take place in Lutsk on 17–18 September 2025.
UQAF-2025 aims to bring together stakeholders – including state leaders, members of the Parliament of Ukraine, representatives of higher education institutions, students and student organisations, employers, quality assurance professionals, international partners, and civil society representatives – to exchange ideas, share successful practices, and contribute to shaping the future of quality assurance in Ukrainian higher education.
The Forum is organised by the National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance (NAQA, Ukraine).
Panel discussions will focus on future of higher education institutions, European and national trends in quality assurance, institutional accreditation in the Ukrainian context, the modernisation of technical education through cooperation between the state, business, and academia, mental health in academic life, and the development of next-generation educational standards.
The Forum will also feature presentations of best practices from Ukrainian HEIs, workshops and training sessions on academic integrity and quality assurance, as well as a poster session presenting academic programmes accredited as “exemplary” in the 2024/2025 academic year.
The event will take place off-line in Lutsk. Lutsk is located approximately 85 km from the Polish border, in a relatively safe region. The host institution, Lutsk National Technical University, is recognised for its resilience and proactive development during the full-scale russian invasion.
