On July 2, as part of the OSCE ambassadors’ visit to Kyiv, the National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance took part in an OSCE meeting with national partners.
During the event, participants discussed the results of projects implemented in partnership with Ukraine. Since 2019, the National Agency and the OSCE have been cooperating in the field of developing and supporting the higher education quality assurance system. In 2021, a memorandum of understanding and cooperation was signed. During this time, a bunch of joint projects, events, and studies have been done, including ‘Institutional Accreditation: Analytical Review and Recommendations’ (2021) and ‘Building a Network of Independent Higher Education Quality Assurance Institutions: Analytical Review and Recommendations for Ukraine’ (2024). The National Agency, together with the OSCE, continues to implement the project ‘Promoting Human Rights-Based Approaches in Higher, Legal and School Education.’
