Methodological recommendations on the implementation of transparency and integrity have been officially introduced for higher education institutions, offering a systematic approach to the development of internal policies on integrity, transparency of management, open interaction with students and accountability of universities to society.
Work on the recommendations began four years ago as part of an initiative to establish anti-corruption compliance in higher education institutions. The document was prepared by an expert group consolidated by the NACP, with the participation of representatives of the National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance. In particular, Vice Head Olena Yeremenko worked as an expert and author of one of the sections.
We would like to thank all those involved in the development for their professionalism and shared values — the NACP, the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, UNDP Ukraine, the Institutional Development Foundation, the Interdisciplinary Scientific and Educational Centre for Anti-Corruption at National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, the Association of Legal Clinics of Ukraine, the Anti-Corruption Headquarters, and others.
