On 02 October 2025, NAQA, in partnership with Zhytomyr Polytechnic State University, held a nationwide conference “University Space: Visions of the Future”, which brought together university leaders, leading experts, scientists, and educators from all regions of Ukraine.
Participants focused on four key dimensions of university space development:
- accessibility – as a prerequisite for openness and inclusive education;
- functional aesthetics and identity – which shape the uniqueness and attractiveness of institutions;
- digitalisation – as a tool for innovation and modernisation of the educational process;
- security – as an integral condition for the sustainable development of universities in times of challenge.
The conference included a round table discussion “The Times Demand: Innovation in Education”, where new approaches to management and strengthening the role of universities in community development were discussed.
The conference became not only a space for professional discussions, but also a platform for forming a common vision of the universities of the future – open, innovative, safe and student-oriented.
