On 07 October 2025, a training session was held for newly elected members of NAQA sectoral expert councils on the main aspects of the work of a sectoral expert council, from the distribution of responsibilities to the preparation of expert opinions, conducted by Oksana Trebenko, Head of the Analytics and Training Support Department.
At the beginning, the participants were addressed by Andrii Butenko, NAQA Head, who emphasised the importance of a truly objective fresh perspective with recommendations from sectoral expert councils, and Vice Head Bohdan Morklianyk, who urged to transform the higher education space for the better.
As a result of the training, participants gained practical skills in assessing compliance with criteria and formulating recommendations in accordance with the SMART approach.
