On 10 October 2025, a webinar was held for members of NAQA Sectoral Expert Councils.
At the beginning of the event, NAQA Head Andrii Butenko welcomed the participants, noting in his speech that Sectoral Expert Councils are a unique and powerful mechanism that helps explain and promote a system of quality culture, rather than a system of control, and thanked the participants for being part of the Agency’s team.
As part of the webinar programme, NAQA Vice Head Ivan Nazarov presented approaches to post-accreditation monitoring, focusing on its legal basis, mechanisms and features of expert conclusions. Anna Surai, a Leading Specialist on Anti-Corruption Activities, addressed the issue of conflict of interest prevention and demonstrated practical cases of its resolution. Head of the Analytics and Training Support Department Oksana Trebenko presented the procedure for applying the ‘List of Significant Deficiencies,’ explaining its key principles, structure, and changes for 2025.
At the end of the event, there was a Q&A session with Head Andrii Butenko and Vice Heads Olena Yeremenko, Ivan Nazarov and Bohdan Morklianyk, who provided explanations to questions received from participants in advance and during the webinar.
