3rd International Conference “Integrity, Open Science and Artificial Intelligence in Academia and Beyond: Meeting at the Crossroads”

On December 17-18, the 3rd International Conference “Integrity, Open Science and Artificial Intelligence in Academia and Beyond: Meeting at the Crossroads” is taking place, once again bringing together Ukrainian and foreign scientists and educators to discuss the impact of AI on educational activities and compliance with the principles of academic integrity. The event will be moderated by Artem Artiukhov, Chairman of the NAQA Ethics Committee.

Nataliia Stukalo, NAQA Vice Head, addressed the conference participants with a welcoming speech. In her speech, she emphasised the indispensability of academic integrity as a key element of the higher education quality assurance system. The President of the European Network for Academic Integrity (ENAI) and member of NAQA Advisory Board, Tomáš Foltýnek, also took part in the opening of the event. On 18 December, newly elected Advisory Board member Amanda McKenzie will present her vision of the role and values of academic integrity in academia, society and business.

The conference is a venue for professional discussion of the challenges and opportunities presented by the use of AI in education and science.
