On 28 April, NAQA, in collaboration with the Kharkiv IT Cluster, organised a webinar Webinar “Quality in Education 4.0: How Digital Tools Are Transforming Internal Quality Assurance Systems in Educational Institutions”.
The focus was on the practical aspects of digitising internal quality assurance systems. Representatives from higher education institutions and the IT sector shared their experiences of implementing digital solutions, process automation tools and the use of data to support management decisions. The role of government policy and the challenges of information security in the context of the digital transformation of education were discussed separately.
Oleksandr Khymenko, Head of NAQA Secretariat, delivered a welcoming address and outlined the key priorities for the development of the quality assurance system in the context of digitalisation, emphasising the need for the systematic implementation of digital tools in the activities of higher education institutions.
