As part of ongoing collaboration with stakeholders, a meeting was held between representatives of the National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance and the SoftServe team, specifically SoftServe Academy and University Cooperation.
Andrii Butenko, NAQA Head, presented key aspects of building a quality assurance system in higher education and the role of employers in it, outlined approaches to awarding professional qualifications, and emphasised the importance of systematic cooperation between universities, the state, and the business sector.
The event served as a platform for an open and substantive dialogue on the future of Ukrainian higher education, the role of employers in shaping modern study programmes, the development of dual education, and the implementation of professional qualifications.
The open Q&A session proved particularly valuable, during which participants had the opportunity to discuss the practical challenges of accreditation, the integration of dual education elements, flexible educational pathways, and the involvement of practicing professionals in the educational process.
