The project “Promoting Rule of Law and Human Rights Approaches in Higher Education” is implemented by the OSCE Project Coordinator in Ukraine during 2020 at the request of the National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance and the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. The project is aimed at implementing state policy in the field of quality assurance in higher education and creating requirements for internal quality standards of education. It aims, in particular, to develop and implement recommendations for the organisation of the internal quality assurance system of higher education institutions in Ukraine.
The project was approved by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine on June 9, 2020 on the basis of the NAQA request in accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 1 of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Government of Ukraine and the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe.
Within the project, in June 2020, the NAQA held consultative meetings with the Estonian Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher and Vocational Education (EKKA) and the Lithuanian Center for Quality Assessment in Higher Education (SKVC).
