Executive Director of the NGO “Civic Synergy”, member of the NGO “Innovative University” and the NGO “Poruch”.
He has been teaching at the West Ukrainian National University for over 20 years.
He has participated in international projects on the quality of education: “Providing of Academic Freedom and Inclusion through Digitalisation”, “Boosting business intelligence skills for SME growth”, “Implementation of Education Quality Assurance system through cooperation of University-Business-Government in HEIs”, “European Experience in Technology Transfer for Ukrainian Universities”, “Open Practices, Transparency and Integrity for Modern Academia”.
He is the author of more than 200 scientific and educational works, including more than 20 works on the quality of higher education.
He was awarded the Certificate of Honour of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the Acknowledgement of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, and the Acknowledgement of the Mayor of Ternopil.
