Dean of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine, Chairman of the Council of Deans of Veterinary Medicine Faculties of Ukraine (2016-2018, since 2021).
Chairman of the Scientific and Methodological Centre for Postgraduate Education of Veterinarians of Ukraine (since 2003); Chairman of the Specialised Academic Council at the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine in 2006-2019.
He participated in the creation of modern educational, methodological, material and clinical bases. He was involved in the development of educational standards, basic curricula and plans for the training of students in the field of Veterinary Medicine in higher education institutions of Ukraine.
Contributed to the creation of an educational and methodological framework for the advanced training of specialists of the State Service of Veterinary Medicine and private veterinary practice.
Participant of the educational project Jean Monnet Module “Integration EU One Health framework and policies in Ukraine”.
