Ihor Oleksiv has been an expert and project team leader at Lviv Polytechnic National University in a few international educational projects, including Erasmus+ KA2 project “Structuring cooperation in doctoral research, transferable skills training, and academic writing instruction in Ukraine’s regions / DocHub”, Jean-Monnet CHAIR “European technology transfer for Ukrainian universities” / UniTECH and Jean-Monnet-MODULE “European Experience in Technology Transfer For Ukrainian Universities”.
He was the project team leader at Lviv Polytechnic National University at the international Erasmus+ educational project “Implementation of Education Quality Assurance system via cooperation of University- Business-Government in HEIs” (EDUQAS), aimed at improving the quality of higher education at the institutional and national levels.
Ihor has experience working as a guarantor of the educational programme in Management.
In 2005-2006, prof. Oleksiv was a scholar in the framework of Fulbright Faculty Development Programme.
He was a visiting professor and taught courses at the UK, Polish, and Italian Universities.
Prof. Oleksiv is the author of about 100 academic publications in Ukrainian and English. A few of his publications are devoted to the quality of higher education.
Ihor was awarded the Lviv Regional State Administration and Lviv Regional Council Prize for Young Scientists. He was also honored with the Acknowledgement of the Mayor of Lviv.
