Legal expert, scientist and educator in the field of judiciary, advocacy, higher education quality, expert on academic integrity, doctor of legal sciences, professor.

He held the position of associate professor and professor, worked as the head of the advocacy department at the Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University, was a leading researcher at the Аcademician Stashis Scientific Research Institute for the Study of Crime Problems of the National Academy of Law Sciences of Ukraine, the chief researcher of the department for ensuring the integration of academic and university legal science and development of legal education of the Kyiv Regional Center of the National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine.

He is a participant of the international projects “Open Practices, Transparency and Integrity for Modern Academia (OPTIMA)” and “Implementation of Education Quality Assurance System via Cooperation of University-Business-Government in HEIs (EDUQAS)”. 

The author of more than 150 scientific, educational and methodological works in Ukrainian and international publications, in particular, on issues of higher education quality and issues of ensuring academic integrity. Deputy Chairman of the working group on the development of legal education of the Commission on Legal Reform under the President of Ukraine. Participant of working groups on the preparation of regulatory support for the reform and development of higher education in Ukraine.

Laureate of the award of the President of Ukraine for young scientists. Winner of Prince Yaroslav the Wise Prize.

Diploma winner of the XVI regional competition “Higher School of the Kharkiv region – the best names”.

He is awarded with an honorary certificate of the Higher Specialized Court of Ukraine for consideration of civil and criminal cases, the Higher Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, the National School of Judges of Ukraine, a certificate of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
