Researcher and educator in the field of International Economics and Higher Education Quality Assurance, Doctor of Economic Sciences, Professor.

MBA and Finance Programme Leader at London School of Business and Finance, International QA Expert (including Hong Kong, Latvia, and Romania).

Alumni of ENQA Leadership Development Programme, Ukrainian School of Political Studies, Council of Europe Summer School for Democracy in Strasbourg, and Project “Innovative University and Leadership”.

Before being elected to NAQA Nataliia was the Head of the Department of International Finance and the Dean of the Faculty of International Economics at Oles Honchar Dnipro National University, as well as the Head of the Specialized Academic Council for doctoral dissertations defense.

She completed multiple international internships and trainings, in particular at Harvard and Bologna Universities, Free University of Brussels and Catholic University of Leuven, Universities of Amsterdam, Liverpool, Roehampton.

She initiated and coordinated numerous international educational projects, within the framework of the TEMPUS, Erasmus+, International Renaissance Foundation and other funds. She is the speaker of international higher education forums and summits, including EQAF, Going Global, EURIE, QAA International Partners Forum.

She was awarded the Honour of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine “Excellence in Education of Ukraine” as well as diplomas, scholarships and awards of the Ukrainian Parliament, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, and the other institutions and organizations.

The author of 200+ scientific, educational and methodological works in Ukrainian and foreign publications, in particular on the topic of higher education quality assurance. Member of the editorial board of international journals on economics and higher education, including those indexed in Scopus.
