Life in lockdown is the new reality all over the world, and the Covid-19 pandemic set up a number of challenges which should be addressed by all countries, people and institutions including quality assurance (QA) agencies. Modern society and institutions facing such changes should react accordingly and amend their policies and procedures in order to address challenges associated with such changes.
