On December 7, NAQA Head Andrii Butenko and his Vice Head Ivan Nazarov gave speeches as a part of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine training program “Peculiarities of management of higher education institutions and the educational process under martial law”.
The topic of Andrii Butenko’s speech was “Peculiarities of the accreditation of study programmes, according to which higher education applicants are trained during the period of martial law.” The speaker informed the participants of the event about NAQA activities during the war and pointed out the main steps of the self-analysis of the study programme and the methodology of its implementation.
Ivan Nazarov made a speech on academic integrity in the system of higher education quality assurance. The speaker outlined the concept of academic integrity and analyzed the features of academic integrity as a mandatory study component. Special attention was paid to legislative initiatives, NAQA’s role in the formation of academic integrity space and the procedure for the implementation of academic responsibility.
