Cybersecurity and information security is a critical component in ensuring our victory. High-quality operation of these processes is impossible without effective training of qualified professionals. On December 20, NAQA met with representatives of the State Service of Special Communication and Information Protection of Ukraine to discuss the specifics and improvement of the educational process in this field.
NAQA was represented by Andrii Butenko, Olena Yeremenko, Ivan Nazarov and Oleksandra Osiiuk. From the State Special Service: Oleksandr Potii, Vice Head of the Service, Oleksandr Yudin, Scientific Secretary of the Research Institute of Cyber Security Technologies of the State Service of Special Communication, and Oleksandr Skrynnyk, adviser of the State Service of Special Communication and Information Protection Head.
The participants of the meeting discussed further cooperation: the formation of professional standards and standards of higher education, the organization of future events for institutions, analyzed the challenges of educational process for cyber security specialists, in particular, the necessary availability of the appropriate material basis.
