The presentation of Module Series on Anti-Corruption took place on May 31, organized by the USAID program “Justice for all” and the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime.
The event brought together representatives of law schools, scientists, experts in the field of education and anti-corruption, and students. The purpose of the event was to discuss the role of education in combating corruption, as well as the development of a culture of absolute intolerance to corruption in Ukrainian higher education institutions.
The opening speech was delivered by NAQA Head Andrii Butenko, who noted that corruption is one of the types of dishonesty that significantly affects the quality of higher education.
The role of higher education in ensuring the goals of sustainable development in terms of anti-corruption, optimal educational measures in this area and the experience of using the Series in education were also discussed.
NAQA will support the USAID program “Justice for all” to promote the policy of integrity as a guarantee of quality higher education.
