The role of the IT industry in both the current and future post-war reconstruction of Ukraine is hard to overestimate. This was precisely the topic discussed on August 28 during a facilitation session regarding the context and vectors of the human capital vision for the Kharkiv IT cluster, attended by Olena Yeremenko.
Participants deliberated the impact of uncertainty caused by the war on the development and management of human capital, emphasizing the necessity to adapt strategies to the challenges of inevitable losses and the search for innovative approaches to planning future decisions.
The meeting laid the groundwork not only for identifying pertinent issues but also for the pragmatism of proposed solutions. Only concerted efforts and shared coordination will contribute to overcoming problems and ensuring sustainable development, even in the midst of wartime conditions.
