NAQA consistently works on establishing partnerships with quality assurance agencies worldwide.
On November 24, a meeting took place between NAQA and the European Association of Establishments for Veterinary Education (EAEVE, Austria). NAQA was represented by the Vice Head Nataliia Stukalo and the specialist of the Public Relations and International Cooperation Department Mariia Piddobrivna, while EAEVE was represented by Director Pierre Leko.
EAEVE has been working for over 30 years to promote the harmonization of veterinary education in Europe and worldwide. The association represents and supports its member institutions by facilitating the exchange of information, staff, students, and educational materials among members, contributing to the internationalization of veterinary medicine.
During the meeting, participants exchanged experiences and discussed the standards they rely on in their activities. To successfully undergo accreditation in EAEVE, a study program must comply with 55 criteria and demonstrate the adequacy of material and technical support during an exclusively on-site visit by the expert group.
