On 8 March, Andrii Butenko, NAQA Head, and Olena Yeremenko and Nataliia Stukalo, Vice Heads of NAQA, held a training seminar on “System of Internal Education Quality Assurance at Lutsk National Technical University: Problems, Formation and Development Challenges”. More than 100 participants attended the event at the main building of Lutsk National Technical University.
The seminar started with a speech by Iryna Vakhovych, Rector of Lutsk National Technical University, who introduced the dynamic development of her university. After that, First Vice-Rector Nadiya Kovalchuk presented a detailed overview of the internal quality assurance system, outlining key strategies and goals for the future. Andrii Butenko, Olena Yeremenko and Nataliia Stukalo actively engaged with the speakers, asking questions to better understand the challenges and problems of implementing internal quality assurance processes, as well as to find the best solutions and advice that would help improve these processes.
The workshop provided a unique platform for open dialogue, allowing representatives of higher education institutions, including experts from the NAQA and members of the Sectoral Expert Councils, to contribute to the discussion and ask questions. The lively exchange of views at the event touched on such important topics as future prospects for university development, the formation of individual trajectories, post-accreditation monitoring, practical training and effective interaction with stakeholders. However, the main interest during the discussions was aroused by the approaches to creating a culture of academic integrity.
