From 20 to 24 June, Petro Mohyla Black Sea National University hosted the XXI International Scientific Conference “Olvian Forum – 2024: Strategies of the countries of the Black Sea region in the geopolitical space”.
The forum was attended by representatives of Ukrainian and foreign universities, educational institutions, central executive authorities, and non-governmental organisations. In addition to scientific presentations, the plenary session of the Forum discussed further reforms in the field of higher education and science in Ukraine.
NAQA was represented by the Head of the Secretariat Oleksandr Khymenko, who provided information on the new version of the Regulation on Accreditation of Study Programmes for Higher Education and what changes in the accreditation procedure should be expected in the new season.
It is worth reminding that, despite the requirement of the Law of Ukraine “On Higher Education”, the Regulation on Accreditation has not yet been approved.
