On October 9-12, Uzhhorod National University hosted the “Autumn School of Medical Education 2024”, organized by the Ukrainian-Swiss project “Development of Medical Education”.
Plenary sessions, discussions and workshops of this year’s Autumn School brought together educators, managers, medical professionals, students and the public to exchange experiences, discuss achievements, challenges and new ways of developing medical education in Ukraine and the world. Among the key topics of the event were the updating of study programmes in accordance with the requirements of modern medical practice, integration into the European educational space and the introduction of new forms of learning.
The event was attended by NAQA Head Andrii Butenko and Vice Head Olena Yeremenko as speakers, who presented to the participants the current changes in the higher education quality assurance system.
