On October 16, NAQA Vice Head Ivan Nazarov took part in the seminar “Best Academic Practices in Universities”, which was held within the framework of the project “Stair to excellence: enhancement of an efficient and solid higher education system in Ukraine”. The event was organized by the Estonian Center for International Development (ESTDEV) at the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
The Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Estonia, Kristina Kallas, delivered a welcoming speech at the event. Ulle Must (Estonian Council for Education and Youth), Mari-Liisa Parder (University of Tartu) and Kadri Haljas (Triumf Research) introduced the seminar participants to the practices of academic integrity in Estonia. Ivan Nazarov’s speech was dedicated to NAQA experience in implementing a culture of academic integrity and legislative initiatives in this area in Ukraine.
