On June 3-5, site visits took place as part of a joint project between the Estonian Quality Agency for Education (HAKA) and NAQA “Enhancement of Higher Education Quality in Ukraine”. The initiative is funded by the Estonian Centre for International Development (ESTDEV).
Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman (KNEU) and Lutsk National Technical University (LNTU) hosted Ukrainian-Estonian expert groups, which spent three days interviewing stakeholders and analysing the work of the institutions in accordance with the assessment criteria. The coordinators from NAQA are ViceHead of Secretariat Oleksandra Osiiuk at LNTU and Secretariat employee Anna Shylina at KNEU. The next stage of the project is the preparation of expert reports and the final decision by NAQA members on the accreditation of Ukrainian higher education institutions.
