NAQA representatives took part in the National Forum on Open Science and the Improvement of Research Assessment

On 4–5 June 2026, NAQA representatives took part in the National Forum on Open Science and the Improvement of Research Assessment, which was held as part of the Open4UA project at the Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.

Leontii Shypilov, Head of the Academic Integrity and One-Time Councils’ Operation Department, spoke at the panel discussion ‘Harmonisation of Legislation and Reform of the Research Assessment System in Ukraine: the Context of Open Science and CoARA’.

During the forum, participants discussed topical issues regarding the development of open science, the reform of the research assessment system, and the implementation of European approaches to ensuring academic integrity in Ukraine. Particular attention during the event was paid to the presentation of the ADMIRE project, of which NAQA is a member.
